1. How long does shipping take?

We aim to deliver your dog’s new favorite thing as quickly as possible!

  • USA Orders: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 14–31 business days
    Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs or postal delays.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping may take 14–31 business days depending on your location.

3. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.
You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.

4. I haven’t received my tracking number. What should I do?

Don’t worry! Sometimes it takes a couple of days for tracking to update. If you still haven’t received anything after 5 days, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

5. What’s your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
Simply reach out to us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and a return address.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

7. My item arrived damaged. What now?

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can help with cancellations or updates. Please contact us ASAP — once it ships, changes aren't guaranteed.
